When you complete the questionnaire: name, email address, date of birth, gender, nationality, education level, your study plans (school type, area, language, duration, start time), an optional school you are interested in, the free-text message you write, how you found us, and your preferred contact method. We also record the consent you give, a salted hash of your IP address (not the IP address itself), and where you came from (for example campaign tags such as utm_source).
3. Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to suggest schools and next steps, and (only if you opt in) to send emails about studying in Japan and learning Japanese. We do not use your information for advertising targeting.
4. Sharing with schools and partners
We do not share your personal information with schools or other third parties because you filled in the questionnaire. If we want to share your details with a specific organization, we will tell you who it is, why, and which details, and ask for your separate consent first.
5. Service providers
